Haiti 2011

 

 

USGS called it the strongest

earthquake since 1770 in what is

now Haiti. The quake struck on

January 12, 2010.

The 7.0 magnitude quake's epicenter

hit just 10 miles west of Porte-au-Prince and its 2 million inhabitants

An estimated 3 million people in need of emergency aid after major earthquake


 As of March 1 2012, 132,895 patients have been seen by the mobile clinics and 1,563 have accepted Christ.  North Carolina Baptist Men are still supporting this effort.  They are looking to build a new clinic in Haiti.
